Kolade’s Canons 1

Kolade’s Canons 1 contains what might best be described as Christopher Kolade’s non-ecclesiastical declarations over the last 40 years. It focuses on People, Leadership, and Management. In it, Dr. Kolade directs readers to principles of human resources, leadership and management which, if put into practice, can lead to the transformation of individuals, enterprises, and nations. It provides teachers, students, policymakers, and policy executors deep insights to think and talk about, as well as test in the arena of practice.

Kolade’s Canons 2

Kolade’s Canons 2 is a collection of a refined gentleman’s speeches and teachings, and it focuses on Business and Economy, Nation Building and Ethics. The volume contains first-class materials, based on highly cherished African values with foundations in universal principles, from a first-class mind.  Without sound ethics, builders of lives, organisations, or nations build on a false foundation.

Kolade’s Canons 3

Kolade’s Canons 3 is devoted entirely to Broadcasting, Christopher Kolade’s second career startup. The earliest papers date back 40 years, yet they remain relevant because they are principles-based; and because Dr. Kolade was also thinking for future generations.

Future Tense

Future Tense

Future Tense is a book of answers: the discussions will serve the interest of those who want a first glimpse at the media environment in Nigeria about which there is scanty literature; even the existing ones are largely filled with outdated information.

Future Tense is a book of conversations: it draws on the perspectives of media professionals and scholars attempting to answer some and more of the questions posed above.

Future Tense is a collection of diverse, passionately held opinions, proffered just as would be in any gathering of Nigerians at a favourite joint. The conversations are not the stuffy proceedings of an academic conference, weighed down by footnotes, but the heated musings of several stakeholders, some involved with NEXT, all connected by a shared interest in the media industry.
